Fabxp rebuild

The Fabxp rebuild kit includes the complete procedure and hardware to refurbish the XP® robot. 

• Fabworx rebuild procedure may be performed onsite to reduce tool down time and save money.
• Includes a written manual with simple step-by-step instructions and diagrams.
• Fabworx 300mm wrist assembly uses patented interconnected stainless steel bands to increase reliability, extend bearing lifetime and eliminate backlash.
• Wrist bearing covers reduce particles by keeping mechanical wear points isolated from the process environment.
• Wrist-related droop and preventive maintenance (PM) are eliminated.
• Compatible with the original equipment manufacturer (OEM) or Fabworx end effector.
• When paired with a Fabworx end effector, leveling adjustments are performed at the wrist for greater alignment accuracy and faster setup time.
• High-performance, long-life bearing grease is compatible with high-vacuum environments and a wide range of process chemistries.
• Includes a 2 year warranty
• Optional fixtures for removing and installing waist assembly bearings are available.

The Fabxp rebuild kit may be paired with Gravity Edge Hold™ end effector technology for potential tool throughput gain.
